Interim Order in the matter of Transgene Biotek Limited (Transgene)

Shri Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an ad interim ex-parte order dated November 20, 2014 in connection with GDR Issues of Transgene, restraining Shri K. Koteswara Rao and other Directors/Promoters of Transgene from accessing securities market and prohibiting them from buying, selling or dealing in securities in any manner whatsoever, till further directions. Also, Transgene has been restrained from issuing any securities till further directions.
 
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
