Order in the matter of M/s JSV Developers India Limited and its directors
Mr. S. Raman, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order on July 31, 2014 in the matter of M/s JSV
Developer India Limited inter-alia directing the company and its directors viz. Mrs. Vijay LaxmiKathait, Mr.
Bhupendra Singh Kathait and Mr. Dinesh Hemraj Tembhare,
| a. |
not to collect any fresh money from investors from its existing "Association"/scheme; |
| b. |
not to launch any new "Association"/scheme/plan or float any new companies to raise fresh moneys; |
| c. |
not to dispose of any of the properties or alienate the assets of the existing "Association"/scheme; |
| d. |
not to divert any funds raised from public at large, kept in bank account(s) and/or in the custody of the company; |
| e. |
to immediately submit the full inventory of the assets owned by JSV out of the amounts collected from the "joint
venture associates"/investors under its existing " Association "/schemes; |
| f. |
to furnish all the information sought by SEBI, including, |
|
i |
scheme wise list of investors and their contact numbers and addresses, |
|
ii |
the details of amount mobilized and refunded till date, |
|
iii |
financial statements for the last three years duly certified by the statutory auditor. |
| f. |
to provide explanation regarding the denial of certification by the Auditor. |
The company had launched Collective Investment Schemes without obtaining certificate of registration from SEBI.
