Shri Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has vide order dated December 4, 2013 revoked the directions issued vide order dated August 10, 2012 restraining and prohibiting M/s. International Hometex Limited and its directors Mr. Vineet Kumar Agarwal, Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal and Mr. Vishwinder Nath Gupta from accessing the securities market and buying, selling or dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, in manner whatsoever.
