Order against M/s. HB Securities Limited in the matter of Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited
In the matter of Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited, Shri Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI vide
order dated July 23, 2013, has suspended the certificate of registration of HB Securities Ltd. a stock broker and a
member of NSE for a period of three days.
The Order shall come into force on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
