Shri Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated March 25, 2013 cancelling the
certificate of registration of M/s. Shri Parshwa Finance, Proprietor, Shri Piyush Jhaveri a sub-broker affiliated to the
stock broker, Jyotish Bhogilal Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd., a member of the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Limited.
The Order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the Order.
