Shri Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has vide order dated December 31, 2012 issued warning to Mr. Uday Vora, Ms. Sonal U Vora, Mr. Dhiren Vora and Mr. Dharmesh Patel in the matter of Genus Commutrade Ltd., and also directed them to be strictly compliant with the securities laws and other requirements which govern their conduct in the securities market in their future dealings.
