Consent Order in the matter of M/s. Marathwada Refractories Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Chairman, SEBI, Shri U K Sinha and Whole Time Member, SEBI, Shri Prashant Saran has
passed a consent order dated September 22, 2011 on the application submitted by Shri Sushil Pandurang Mantri in
the matter of M/s. Marathwada Refractories Ltd. for delay in compliances with provisions of Regulation 22(17) of
SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997.
In accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders, the applicant has remitted a sum of
Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
