Order in the matter of Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an Order dated August 02, 2011 in the matter of Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited, issuing the following directions:
  1. Ms. Aditi Dalal, Harbinger Trading Company Private Limited and Shriya Capital Services Private Limited are restrained from buying, selling or dealing in securities market whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of two years.
     
  2. Globex Financial Services Limited is restrained from buying, selling or dealing in securities market whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of six months.

The order has come into force with immediate effect.
