Order in the matter of failure to redress investor grievances by
Enkay Texofood Industries Ltd. and its director
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated July 6, 2011 in the matter of non-redressal of investor grievances by Enkay Texofood Industries Ltd. restraining the company and its director, Shri Harinarayan Sharma, from accessing the securities market and prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, till all the pending investor grievances against the company are resolved.
The order has come into effect immediately.
