Order against Mrs. Reena Bansal
Shri M. S. Sahoo, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated April 21, 2011 against Mrs. Reena Bansal restraining her from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market in any manner whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, either for herself or for her clients till further orders.
Mrs. Bansal dealt in the securities as an agent on behalf of the clients without having registration from SEBI and thus acted as an unregistered sub-broker.
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
