Order against M/s. Shyamlal Sultania, member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. in the matter of M/s. G. R. Industries and Finance Ltd.
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated March 16, 2011 imposing a penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of M/s. Shyamlal Sultania, member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd., for a period of one month in respect of its dealings in the shares of G. R. Industries and Finance Ltd.
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
