Order against G.R. Pandya Share Broking Ltd. in the matter of
G.G. Automotive Gears Ltd.
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated March 15, 2011 in the matter of G.G. Automotive Gears Ltd. suspending the certificate of registration of the stock broker G.R. Pandya Share Broking Ltd. for a period of one month.
The order shall come into force on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
