A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran, has passed a consent order dated February 17, 2011 on the application submitted by M/s. S G Global Exports Limited and its directors Shri Sanjeev Gupta and Smt. Rachna Gupta, in the matter of S G Global Exports Limited (Formerly known as Tina Exports Limited). The applicant has remitted a sum of ` 6,00,000/- (Rupees six lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
