Order in respect of Mr. Vijay Mohanlal Jain in the matter of
M/s. Kolar Biotech Ltd.
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated January 19, 2011 disposing of the show cause notice issued to Mr. Vijay Mohanlal Jain in the matter of M/s. Kolar Biotech Ltd. and modifying the directions issued by SEBI vide Order dated December 15, 2010 in so far as Mr. Vijay Mohanlal Jain is concerned as he had ceased to be a director of the Company before the letter / notice of SEBI dated September 25, 2008 was issued advising the Company to redress the pending investor complaints.
