Consent Order on the application submitted by M/s. Devine Impex Limited and its Managing Director, Shri Nageh Aggarwal
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran, has passed consent order dated January 07, 2011 on an application submitted by Devine Impex Limited and its Managing Director, Shri Nageh Aggarwal, in the matter of Classic Global Impex Limited (Now known as Devine Impex Limited), in accordance with SEBI circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicants have remitted a sum of ` 3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakh only) towards settlement charges as terms of consent in the matter. SEBI has accepted the said terms of settlement and this consent order disposes of the proceedings initiated under Section 11B of the SEBI Act, 1992 against Devine Impex Limited and its Managing Director, Shri Nageh Aggarwal.
