Consent order on the application submitted by
M/s. Howard Hotels Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham
and Shri Prashant Saran, has passed a consent order dated November 29, 2010, on
the application submitted voluntarily by M/s. Howard Hotels Limited for
non-compliance of provisions of regulations 6 (4), 7 (3) and 8 (3) of the SEBI
(Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers), Regulations, 1997, in
accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders.
The applicant, without admitting or denying guilt, has
remitted a sum of Rs.12,25,000/- (Rupees twelve lakh twenty five thousand only)
towards settlement charges in the matter.
