Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated October 29, 2010, in the matter of Netvista Information Technology Limited restraining Mr. Rajiv Samani from buying, selling or dealing in securities and from associating in securities market in any manner whatsoever for a period of six months from the date of the order and disposing of the show cause notice issued to Panraj Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., Panache Securities Pvt. Ltd. and Jupiter Investments (Prop. Ms. Bela Kamdar) without any directions.
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
