Order against M/s. Credent Portfolio Management Pvt. Ltd. and its Directors

Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI vide order dated October 11, 2010, has restrained M/s. Credent Portfolio Management Pvt. Ltd. and its two directors namely Mr. Amaranjay Kumar and Mr. Mritunjay Kumar, from accessing the securities market and further prohibited them from dealing in securities in any manner. Further, the Whole Time Member has prohibited them from raising or mobilizing funds from the general public and also directed them to resolve all the pending complaints.
