Consent Order on the application submitted by M/s. Antique Investment Company Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran, has passed consent order dated October 06, 2010 on the consent application submitted by M/s. Antique Investment Limited (hereinafter referred to as the applicant) for settlement of non-compliance of the provisions of Regulation 8(3) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 relating to the disclosures to be made to the Stock Exchanges in the year 2006.
The applicant without admitting or denying guilt, has remitted a sum of ` 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) towards the settlement charges in the matter.
