Order in the matter of India Polyspin Limited

Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated September 08, 2010,in the matter of India Polyspin Limited, directing the following:
 a. India Polyspin Limited, Mr. Arjunlal N. Uttamchandani, Chairman and Managing Director of India Polyspin Limited, Mr. Nileshkumar G. Uttamchandani, Whole Time Director of India Polyspin Limited, Mr. Sureshkumar N. Uttamchandani, Mr. Maheshkumar N. Uttamchandani, Mr. Shankerlal N. Uttamchandani, Mr. Jivanlal N. Uttamchandani, Mr. Hitendra J. Uttamchandani, Ms. Kamlaben S. Uttamchandani, Ms. Rekhaben M. Uttamchandani, Mr. Shailesh G. Uttamchandani and Ms. Laxmiben S. Uttamchandani are restrained from accessing the securities market and further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities for a period of one month.
 b. Right Finstock Private Limited and Cavalier Securities Limited are prohibited from buying and selling in securities, as a client for a period of one month.
