Orders in the matter of Softrak Technology Exports Ltd.

1. restraining Shri Sunil Gaglani, M/s. Softrak Technology Exports Ltd, Shri Rajesh Ranka, Shri Saumil Bhavnagari, Shri Nrupesh Shah and Kishore Corporation from buying, selling or dealing in securities and from associating in securities market in any manner whatsoever for a period of two years. 
   b. warning Shri Dashrath K. Khatri, Shri Kiran K. Khatri, Shri Purshotam Khatri, Shri Ganpat K. Khatri and Shri Himanshu Pandya to be cautious in their future dealings and exercise due care and diligence in the conduct of their affairs in the securities market. Further, any future instance of violation or non-compliance by them with the SEBI Act and Rules and Regulations framed there under shall be dealt with stringently.
   

These orders have come into force with immediate effect.
