Order against Mr. P. B. Chandrashekhar in the matter of G G Automotive Gears Limited
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated July 19, 2010, in the matter of G G Automotive Gears Limited, restraining Mr. P. B. Chandrashekhar from buying, selling or dealing in securities market in any manner whatsoever or accessing the securities market directly or indirectly for a period of two years from the date of the order.
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
