Suspension of Certificates of Registration of stock brokers

Shri M.S.Sahoo, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated June 25, 2010 suspending the certificates of registration of the undernoted three stock brokers till the time outstanding registration fees is fully paid.

Consequently, the certificates of registration of some of these stock brokers as sub-brokers of subsidiaries of Stock Exchanges in terms of Para 2 of the Circular No.SMD-II/POLICY/CIR-37/99 dated November 26, 1999 shall also remain suspended.

This Order shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of this order.
