Consent Order in the matter of Olympic Oil Industries Limited

(Target Company)

A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran, has passed a consent order dated June 24, 2010 on the consent application submitted by Shri. Sunil Verma, Shri Uday Desai, Smt. Nilima Desai & Shri Sujay Desai (hereinafter referred to as the applicants) for settlement of non-compliance of the provisions of Regulation 7(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 relating to the disclosures to be made to the Target Company and to the Stock Exchanges in the year 2008.
 
The applicants without admitting or denying guilt have remitted a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) towards the settlement charges in the matter.
