Consent order on the application submitted by Shah Chirag Kirti Kumar in the matter of dealing in F&O contracts on NSE
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran, has passed consent order dated June 02, 2010, on an application submitted by Shah Chirag Kirti Kumar in the matter of dealing in futures and options contracts on the NSE, in accordance with SEBI guidelines dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted Rs.9,00,000/- (Rupees nine lakh only) towards consent terms in the matter.
