Consent order on the application submitted by M/s. Hari Machines Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran has passed a consent order dated March 25, 2010, on the application submitted by M/s. Hari Machines Limited, in the matter of delay in making the necessary disclosures to stock exchanges under Regulations 6 (2), 6 (4) and 8 (3) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997, in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs. 5,75,000/- (Rupees five lakhs seventy five thousand only) towards the settlement charges, in the matter.
