Consent Order in the matter of M/s. Ayoki Mercantile Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K.M.Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran has passed a consent order dated February 10, 2010 on the application submitted by M/s. Ayoki Mercantile Limited for non compliance of Regulation 6(2) and 6(4) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 for the year 1997 and Regulation 8(3) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 for the years 1997 to 2009. The applicant without admitting or denying guilt has remitted a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh only) towards settlement charges, in the matter.
