Order under Regulation 33A & 33B of the SEBI (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008
Shri M.S.Sahoo, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated February 03, 2010 suspending the certificates of registration of 213 Stock-Brokers of various Stock Exchanges till the time outstanding registration fees is fully paid.
Consequently, the certificates of registration of these stock brokers as sub-brokers of subsidiaries of Stock Exchanges in terms of Para 2 of the Circular No.SMD-ll/POLICY/CIR-37/99 dated November 26, 1999 also shall remain suspended.
