Consent Order in the matter of M/s. Satia Industries Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri M. S. Sahoo and Dr. K. M. Abraham, has passed consent order dated December 22, 2009, in the matter of non-compliance of the provisions of Regulation 3(3), 3(4) and 7(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997, in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders.
The applicant without admitting or denying guilt has remitted a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) towards the settlement charges in the matter.
