Order against M/s. P. K. Khanna & Co., Member, LSE
Dr. K.M.Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated November 30, 2009, imposing a penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of M/s. P. K. Khanna & Co., Member, Ludhiana Stock Exchange, for a period of one month in respect of its dealings in the shares of Classic Global Impex Ltd. (now known as Devine Impex Ltd.) through issuance of contract notes for trades which were fictitious.
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
