Order against Om Associates and Bhavani Trading Company in the matter of RTS Power Corporation Limited
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated November 27, 2009 in the matter of RTS Power Corporation Limited confirming the directions issued vide ad-interim ex-parte order dated June 05, 2009 against Om Associates and Bhavani Trading Company. It would be pertinent to note that SEBI vide order dated June 05, 2009 had prohibited these entities from accessing the securities market and from buying, selling or dealing in securities market, directly or indirectly, till further orders.
