Orders against Mr. Chetan Shah, and against Mrs. Hetal Patel and Mr. Rajesh Patel in the matter of RTS Power Corporation Limited
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed two separate orders dated October 26, 2009 in the matter of RTS Power Corporation Limited confirming the directions issued vide ad- interim ex-parte order dated June 5, 2009 against Mr. Chetan Shah, and against Mrs. Hetal Patel and Mr. Rajesh Patel. It would be pertinent to note that SEBI vide order dated June 5, 2009 had prohibited these entities from accessing the securities market and from buying, selling or dealing in securities market, directly or indirectly, till further orders.
