Consent Order on the application submitted by Jaico Securities
Private Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri M. S. Sahoo and Dr. K. M. Abraham has passed a consent order dated October 23, 2009 on an application submitted by Jaico Securities Private Ltd., a broker of National Stock Exchange in the matter of Jindal Stainless Limited�, �Cosmo Films Limited�, and �BSEL Infrastructure Reality Limited and Maharashtra Seamless Limited� in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs. 20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter. The applicant has also undertaken to undergo voluntary debarment from the securities market for a period of two months. Accordingly, the entity shall not buy, sell or deal in securities market in any manner whether directly or indirectly for a period of two months from October 26, 2009.
