Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated September 18, 2009, in the matter of alleged manipulative trading by certain connected entities in the scrips of Cals Refineries Limited and others, confirming the ad interim ex-parte order dated June 04, 2009 against Chandra Financial Services Private Limited, Kundan Leasing and Finance Private Limited, Jay Investrade Private Limited, HSM Financial Services Private Limited, Shanti Financial Services Private Limited, Mr. Harsh Shirish Maniar and Mr. Jay Shirish Maniar.
