Order against Shri Vikas Ganeshmal Bengani and others in the matter of Brijlaxmi Leasing and Finance Ltd.

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated September 15, 2009, in the matter of Brijlaxmi Leasing and Finance Ltd. restraining Shri Vikas Ganeshmal Bengani, V B Investment (Proprietor: Shri Vikas Ganeshmal Bengani) and K K Fintrade Ltd. from buying, selling or dealing in securities market in any manner whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of one year.
 
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
