Consent Order on the application submitted by Shri Alam Ali Sisodia
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri M.S. Sahoo and Dr. K.M. Abraham, has passed a consent order dated August 21, 2009 on the consent application submitted by Shri Alam Ali Sisodia for violating the provisions of Regulation 4(2)(a) and 4(2)(e) of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003. For settling the matter, the applicant, without admitting or denying guilt, has remitted a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) as well as voluntary debarment from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market in any manner whatsoever, whether directly or indirectly, for a period of two months from August 31, 2009.
