Orders in the matter of M/s. Eider Infotech Ltd.

Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed orders dated January 15, 2009, in the matter of M/s. Eider Infotech Limited censuring M/s. Hornic Investment Pvt. Ltd., Member, National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., M/s. M.G. Capital Services Ltd., M/s. Steel City Securities Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Profin Capital Services Ltd. to the effect that these brokers should be careful in future and exercise due skill, care and diligence in the conduct of its affairs as a capital market intermediary. They have also been directed to note that any instances of violation or non-compliance of the SEBI Act, Rules and Regulations in future shall be dealt with stringently.
