Order in the matter of acquisition of shares of Scenario Media Ltd. by Scenario Communication Ltd. through preferential allotment
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an Order dated January 14, 2009, in the matter of acquisition of shares of Scenario Media Ltd. by Scenario Communication Ltd. through preferential allotment. The Order directs the acquirer to make a revised public announcement under regulation 10&12 of the Takeover Regulations making full disclosures of all material facts, within two weeks of the date of listing granted by BSE. The acquirer while determining offer price under regulation 20 of the Takeover Regulations shall also factor in the two weeks traded price taking the date of revised public announcement.
