Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated January 02, 2009, in the matter of Karishma Floriculture Ltd., suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Sharan Fincap Ltd., Member, Ludhiana Stock Exchange Ltd. for a period of fifteen working days.
The order shall come into force from three weeks from the date of the order.
