Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order on January 09, 2009 imposing minor penalty of �warning� on M/s. C.R. Kulkarni, (SEBI Registration No. INB110240516) Member of Pune Stock Exchange (PSE). The penalty is imposed for failure to exercise due care, skill and diligence while dealing in the scrip of Home Trade Ltd.
