Shri V. K. Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 11, 2007 restraining Shri Nimesh Chitalia, Ms. Ajodhyabai Kabra, Shri Sanjay Soni, Ms. Anita Soni, Shri Jayesh C. Shah and Durga Drug Agency (Proprietor: Ms. Krupaben Soni) from buying, selling and dealing in securities for a period of six months in the matter of M/s. Vijay Textiles Limited.
 
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
