IPO Investigations �� Confirmation of Interim Directions against
Ms. Himani Patel
Shri G. Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated November 30, 2007 in the matter of IPO Investigations against Ms. Himani Patel.
Pursuant to the ex-parte ad interim order passed by Whole Time Member, SEBI on April 27, 2006 in the matter of IPO investigations and after considering the submissions made by Ms. Himani Patel, the following directions were issued:
�I am, therefore, convinced that there are reasonable grounds to confirm the ad interim order dated April 27, 2006 against Ms. Himani Patel having her address at C/o Sunrise Fincap Ltd. B-802, Premium House, Opp. Gandhigram Railway Station, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad - 380009.
Therefore, in exercise of the powers delegated to me in terms of section 19 read with sections 11, 11B and 11(4) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992, I hereby confirm the ad interim order of Securities and Exchange Board of India dated April 27, 2006 against Ms. Himani Patel.�
