IPO investigations - confirmation of interim directions against Shri Dharmesh Bhupendra M.
Shri G. Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI has issued an order dated November 12, 2007 in the matter of IPO (Initial Public Offering) investigations against Shri Dharmesh Bhupendra M. (also known as Shri
D.B.Mehta).
Pursuant to the ex-parte ad interim order passed by Whole Time Member, SEBI on April 27, 2006 in the matter of IPO investigations and after considering the submissions made by Shri Dharmesh Bhupendra M., the following directions were issued:
�I hereby confirm the ad interim order of Securities and Exchange Board of India dated April 27, 2006 against Shri Dharmesh Bhupendra M.�
