Order against Mr. Manoj Ganeriwala and Mrs. Madhu Ganeriwala in the matter of Design Auto Systems Ltd.
Shri G.Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated November 07, 2007 against Mr. Manoj Ganeriwala and Mrs. Madhu Ganeriwala in the matter of Design Auto Systems Ltd., directing them to restrain from accessing the securities market and prohibiting from buying, selling or dealing in securities either directly or indirectly for a period of three years from the date of the order. It was observed that they had played an important part in the attempt to off-load and pass-off unlisted shares of Design Auto Systems Ltd. as validly listed shares in the market. Thus, they had violated provisions of regulations 3 and 4(b) of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 1995.
