in the matter of M/s. Sun Infoways Ltd.
Shri V. K. Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated October 29, 2007 suspending the Registration of M/s. Shreepati Holdings & Finance Pvt. Ltd. (SEBI Registration No. INS010831936), sub broker of M/s. JCL Securities Ltd., member, Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE), for a period of two months in the matter of M/s. Sun Infoways Ltd.
The order shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
