Order against M/s. Abhinav Investment for its dealings in the shares of M/s. Adani Exports Ltd.
Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI,
has passed an order dated October 24, 2007 against M/s.
Abhinav Investment, restraining it from accessing the
securities market either directly or indirectly and also
prohibiting it from buying, selling or otherwise dealing
in securities, in any manner whatsoever, for a period of
six months for its dealings in the shares of M/s. Adani
Exports Ltd.(now known as M/s. Adani Enterprises Ltd.).
