Order against M/s. Joglekar Investment Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Prathmesh 

Securities Pvt. Ltd. and their Director, Mr. Madhav P.Joglekar

Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an ex-parte ad interim order dated October 17, 2007, against M/s. Joglekar Investment Pvt. Ltd. (JPIL), Member, Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd., M/s. Prathmesh Securities Pvt. Ltd. and their Director, Mr. Madhav P. Joglekar. 
 
As per the order, JIPL has been directed to cease and desist from indulging in any such activity directly or indirectly. 
 
Mr. Madhav P. Joglekar and M/s. Prathmesh Securities Pvt. Ltd. are directed not to buy, sell or deal in securities in their proprietary account till the completion of inquiry under section 11 and 11 B of SEBI Act, 1992 till the final orders in the matter.
