Orders against M/s. Prabhat Investments, M/s. Argus Stock Broking Ltd., M/s. Anvee Share Brokers Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Emmkay Shares & Stock Brokers Ltd. (Brokers of Delhi Stock Exchange) in the matter of M/s. Tactfull Investment Ltd.

Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated August 21, 2007 suspending the Certificate of Registration of M/s. Prabhat Investments, Member, Delhi Stock Exchange, for a period of one month for their dealing in the scrip of M/s. Tactfull Investments Ltd. The order shall come into effect on expiry of 21 days from the date of the order. 
 
In the same matter, Dr. T.C.Nair, has passed orders dated August 21, 2007 against M/s. Anvee Share Brokers Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Argus Stock Broking Ltd. and M/s. Emmkay Shares & Stock Brokers Ltd. directing to be careful in future and exercise due skill, care and diligence in the conduct of their affairs as a capital market intermediary.
