Order against M/s.Tactfull Investment Ltd.
Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated August 21, 2007 directing M/s. Tactfull Investments Ltd. not to buy, sell or deal in securities, in any manner, directly or indirectly for a period of six months. It was observed that the company has allotted shares in a preferential issue, by violating SEBI order dated December 17, 1999 debarring the company from accessing the capital market was in force.
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
