Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated June 15, 2007, against M/s. Jyotish Bhogilal Stock Brokers Private Ltd., sub-broker of M/s. Prabhudas Liladhar Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of Continental Controls Ltd., imposing a penalty of Censure on the sub-broker.
